Thinking about buying one of these humidifiers...What do you think?

I searched and browsed amazon...Learned a little about dehumidifiers through their reviews. One guy said he got this unit for his 900sf basement that had puddles of condensation on the floor, and 3 days later, he switched unit from high to regular humidistat controlled setting. peace

hey man look on ebay ! I'm waiting for the fedex truck as we speak just bought a 50 pint for my room from a seller "dehumeking" (spelling ?) they shipped it out the next day and there prices seem to be prety good, it was like $125. SHIPPED. one other thing I'd treat them just like a AC unit buy a little bigger than you think you will need that way it's not working too hard to "keep up"...

that's what I figured...I just like amazon better than ebay, but that's how I got such a great ro unit couple years ago.

The prices aren't that bad...If I had known I could get a 40-50 pint for a buck1/2, Would've had it a year ago...Damn! That is the only problem I have is with intermittant high humidity...peace
