For the past 2-3 years ive been getting this certain feeling... each time I get up to walk or have to get up real fast(this happens sometimes) my leg starts to limp and I cant control it. My mouth opens and my right hand like curls up a bit and if i try to control it, i usually end up pulling a muscle. Im always afraid its going to happen in public and when it does, i cover my mouth...

My friends have seen me cover my mouth, but a few times i left my mouth uncovered and each time they do this and i tell em about it, they always say "your fine, I notice nothing about it."

Im very afraid, what should I do? Does anyone know whats wrong with me?

Basically, my body is making uncontrollable movement for a few seconds. I usually have to stand still to stop it.

Do you consume products with sucralose or aspartame, (sugar substitutes)?

Well I'm not sure what that means... but I don't use sugar substitutes. and no, I do not have any fillings in my mouth. I don't think it has anything to do with my mouth, its my muscles.

Also, it starts from my leg, up to my arm, then to my mouth.

Muscles in your leg AND your hand/arm AND your mouth? The same symptoms, across all three parts of your body, each time? Is it the same side of your body? I dunno, but seems unlikely that it'd just be muscles, sounds more neurological, e.g. your brain. And yeah, that seems quite scary. You know how a stroke can harm your brain and make half your body go numb? Maybe it's something like that, but obviously lesser in effect. I hate to tell you to go see a doctor, because I hate going to doctors, but...

see a doctor mate, honestly... better to be safe and he can also tell you exactly what it is most of the time so it will be easier to come to grips into wats happening... and maybe if needed any medication? its always the best thing to do in my opinion
