It doesn't really matter, since it's not illegal to be high, unless you are operating a motor vehicle. It's illegal to posses marijuana and any paraphenalia, but you can get totally baked and then go down to the police station and say hi...there isn't a damn thing they can do about it. Your school, on the other hand, probably has rules against it, and that's what you're a dumbass.

You can be arrested for possession of marijuana but if you're high and in public, you can only get a ticket for being under the influence in public. It's legal to be high, just not in public, crazy, right? And really, they couldn't test you or search you without consent or a warrent, so you did blow yourself, and even if your friends had said they smoked, you didn't have to say you did. You MIGHT get a ticket for loitering where illegal narcotics are, but I doubt that. You should of just denied your ass off.

That may be how it is in your state, but in mine if you're high, it's called being under the influence of an illegal narcotic, like I said, and they can arrest you, but I think it's only a misdemeanor.
