There's your first problem, you did something really really stupid and then you come here to tell us the story. Not only is that stupid in itself, but this section of the forum is for asking legal questions, not telling everyone how stupid you are.

I wouldn't be in that situation, because I'm not an idiot, and I didn't go to school high. If a cop asks me if I'm high my answer is "fuck yeah, what are you going to do about it?" Because I know it's not illegal to be high.

You earned any punishment you are getting. If you were my kid I would have taken away your cell phone and then beat you with it.

BigBlock Reviewed by BigBlock on 09-02-2006. at school i was at school and i went a little bit late, and i was blazed with some buddies, then some capus supervisor sees us and tells office we r high, so we go to office, i proclaim i am innocent, then Police comes and they ask me questions and say if i dont answer i go to jail, so i told them everything and now i am suspended for 5 days, and my parents took my CELL PHONE!!!!!!
