i was at school and i went a little bit late, and i was blazed with some buddies, then some capus supervisor sees us and tells office we r high, so we go to office, i proclaim i am innocent, then Police comes and they ask me questions and say if i dont answer i go to jail, so i told them everything and now i am suspended for 5 days, and my parents took my CELL PHONE!!!!!!

if you go to school high, always tell them you've taken TOO MANY BENADRYL (i.e. 2) for your HORRIBLE ALLERGIES before you went to school, which would explain your heavy eyelids and stoned appearance.

When I first started smoking weed, I would smoke before school (I was 18 and out of my parent's house at this time). Well one day I walk into the office and the campus security guard was like "hey have you been smoking weed" and I said "yes I have , and I did it legally too". I showed the people in the office my cannabis card and they sent me on my way to class, saying "oh we understand your condition". The ladies in the office were really cool about it; they didn't really give a shit!

2 days later the principal calls me out of class to have a little talk with me. He told me , in a nutshell, that if I showed up under the influence of marijuana , he was going to send me home. I told him that if he sent me home he better be prepared to go to court. He told me that my medical use of marijuana endangers everybody else around me. I guess a person who is stoned and tired and eating everything in site might be kind of dangerous, but I dont even act stoned when i *am* stoned... he told me that marijuana makes people unpredictible and dangerous and I told him he was full of crap. so I told him I'd file a lawsuit and smoked every day before school after that. After that the bastard never harassed me again.

the point of the story--even if you're a minor, KNOW YOUR RIGHTS MAN. don't volunteer shit to them. there's no way they can look at you and say you're stoned. i'd say you convicted yourself when you admitted to being high.

I wouldn't be in that situation, because I'm not an idiot, and I didn't go to school high. If a cop asks me if I'm high my answer is "fuck yeah, what are you going to do about it?" Because I know it's not illegal to be high.

You earned any punishment you are getting. If you were my kid I would have taken away your cell phone and then beat you with it.
