Moka, do you have a history of heart disease in your family? If you do, it might be worth a visit to the doctor to check on that chest tightness. Sometimes people's chests feel tight when they have anxiety, it's true. And chest tightness can also result from smoking or pulmonary irritation, asthma attacks--that sort of thing. But angina, or heart-related pain, can feel different ways in different people, and not only middle-aged people get it, either.

Please be careful and consider a trip to the doctor. It's probably worth mentioning here that the number one symptom/indicator of cardiovascular disease is, unfortunately, sudden death. Chest pain is generally down lower on the list, but it's an important symptom and not one to be taken lightly.
