It's legal in Texas, I just bought half an oz from a headshop for 30 bucks a few days ago. Where exactly are you going in TX? I may be able to recommend a shop.

I'm going to texas next week for a family thing and am wondering if it is currently legal there and also, having an LA drivers liscense, if they will sell it to me?
