Anyways, I got a ticket.. went to driving school to get the price to go down a little bit on it ($300 something down to $143) as well as clearing up my records ya know.
I then sent a check to court along with my driving school certificate and it was already a pain to do that.

Now a few days later I get a call from this collection agency saying that I owe them $430 !! Obviously a huge "WTF" comes to mind and the need to clarify this situation arises. I go to court, tell them what had happened, get sent to the court room, talk to the judge about it and all this unnesscesary stressful shit happens. I then get it all cleared and pay the $143 on the spot.

Again a little later this agency calls me back telling me I still owe them that $430, so I fax them proofs of everything I HAD to do in order to avoid this bullshit deal. All cleared again.

Last night a different guy fromt he same agency calls me, saying the same thing! Except this guy won't listen to anything I say and keeps repeating the words: "Sorry sir you owe us $430, can you pay now?" - "You may lose your liscence", blah blah. WTF ?!

I'm going to court right now to fix it up AGAIN...

Any ticket stories to share for when I get back?
DON'T SPEED! It's not worth all the troubles.

Do you know what collection agency it is? Because obviously you've been to court, have sent the correct papers out, and they're still calling you. It may not have anything to do with the ticket you recieved, and payed for.

If that agency calls you back, find out who they're with, and why and for what they need the $430 for. If the guy won't give you straight answers, ask to speak to his supervisor. They should be able to tell you more than 'sorry, pay us $430 now.' Something just doesn't sound right with that. Good luck!
