Clear Up the Sweetness Of Sugars.....

the past couple days I have read a few post about adding Sugar to your water during the flowering stage to Increase the plants natural sugars.

The posts I have read state diffrent reasons why to add it and why not to add it.

perhaps more people who have done this could shed some light on the amounts they used per gallon and what types of sugar they used or didn't use and of course for whatever reasons.

Any Help is greatly appreciated.
