    Hahahahahah...I absolutely cracked up reading that. On more than one occasion, I've done this/seen friends do it. Of course, we weren't just smoking weed. Also, good point how a little paranoia can go a long way making sure your stealth smoking is stealthy.

    As for paranoia, I think there's been some pretty good advice in this thread. The truth is, I think, in most cases you really have nothing to worry about, but your stoned and racing mind creates problems out of nothing, and they build upon themself to the point where you can freak the fuck out. Just make sure you're in a comfortable place, have nothing important to do or nowhere important to be, make sure that the people you're with are good friends who you trust, or if you're alone, just make sure the entire environement is conducive to relaxation.

    Something that's always worked for me, however, is simply smoking more. Whenever I get a little paranoid, I smoke until the paranoia just disappears..I love that point.

    Practice breathing techniques that can calm you down. Sometimes even yoga helps as a way to center your mind and relax. Smoking a bowl halfway through a yoga routine is in-credible.

    I used to be severly paranoid that it almost ruined my high most of the times. I'd be so worried about cops and shit, i'd be sitting by the window freaking out at every car that turned onto my street. I got on meds for a few things and now I can smoke with very little paranoia. I'm not here to encourage meds but they CAN help. look up on it..

    As for me I've been having paranoia problems since I was a wee one. Trust even I can look at the shit I get so worked up about and think its stupid, but its almost uncontrollable

    I'm bipolar, that doesn't help

    and I can't afford psychological treatment, or any treatment for that matter

    Weed has helped maintain a stable mood throughout the day, but when it comes to smoking at home (my fav place) I just fuckin wig out, the only time I feel really comfortable smoking here is when one of two people are here, who are major potheads, they've been in just about every worst case pot scenerio, so should somethin happen, they would know how to handle the situation

    I hate paranoia, it was one of the things that refrained me from smokin the green for a long time
