Mellowing out
Paranoia can be adaptive.
Go ahead and let it grip you enough so that you continue to go ALL OUT on bust-prevention measures; ie clear eyes, gum/mints, spray, stash management, etc. This is where paranoia and perfectionism intersect.
But DON'T let it take so strong a hold of your behavior that you are no longer enjoying your smoke. If you are spending your high-time peeping through window curtains, pacing around your house, and looking for the recording devices cops have hidden in your lamps, imo it's spent money and health for no good, and you might as well be doing coke (with which you can have fun doing all of the above paranoid OCD behavior, except while white-knuckle gripping a loaded revolver of course, and sweating a little more). The only time I'm not is when I'm taking a shower(because i sing..only in the shower.. or when i pwn one of my friends) I've been told that i have paranoia and that I'm a perfectionist(i don't see how that is related) Do any of you have any suggestions?
