Just make sure you get adequate exercise, keep those joints a-movin.
phytokind Reviewed by phytokind on . Bones . Alright up untill about 3 years ago my bones use to be fine. Some reason for the past 3 years or so. My bones crack really bad all the time. Like I can crack my Toes, Shoulder, Fingers, Wrist, Anckles, Knee, Neck , Back After I crack any of thoes I'm able to crack them within the next half hour. Sounds kind of messed up but I really don't like it. Ive ben to a bone specialist he told me I have to much nitrogen In my bones Makeing that poping/cracking noise. And that it is perfectly normal.
