Yeah, you don't have excess nitrogen in your bones. When you crack your knuckles, you're separating your bones to the point where a tiny nitrogen bubble forms in the joint. Hence the popping noise. But anyone can do it, so yeah it's nothing to worry about unless you do it so much that your joints get inflamed and shit.
afghooey Reviewed by afghooey on . Bones . Alright up untill about 3 years ago my bones use to be fine. Some reason for the past 3 years or so. My bones crack really bad all the time. Like I can crack my Toes, Shoulder, Fingers, Wrist, Anckles, Knee, Neck , Back After I crack any of thoes I'm able to crack them within the next half hour. Sounds kind of messed up but I really don't like it. Ive ben to a bone specialist he told me I have to much nitrogen In my bones Makeing that poping/cracking noise. And that it is perfectly normal.
