Plant Information!

Need some help!
Working at a garden centre has been proved to be not so dull after all when I encountered a 70 something old woman asking me what this annoying weed was, that was taking over her garden, showing me a droopy 7inch plant in a carrier bag...After smelling it and looking at it, it is obvious what it is...and she was asking me for a good weed killer that would destroy these plants that are taking over her garden, so she gave me the plant to dispose of which of course I didn't do...so now I am sitting here with the first Cannabis plant in a wet polythene bag wondering if it is dead, half-dead or alive and just faking it...quick description:
7Inches, Bushy towards the top, crystals coating most of the leaves, crystal coated buds (About 15) which are only small.
What should I do with it, I would like it to become healthy again but I don't know if it is too late, if not should I dry it and smoke it, I would like to wait until seeds come because it seems like a good plant to grow if it's taken over a woman's garden, just help me out and tell me what you experts would do in a case like this....

get a few picz ov one if yah can, becuz there r plantz that look juss like pot plantz, up until they start 2 flower. i had a shitload ov theze outside my window this yr, they reeked like pot, an at first i thot they cood very well b pot. they started flowering, an thatz when i realized the truth. juss a regular garden plant. but anywayz, if yer pretty sure it iz pot, grow the cocksucker till shez a done deal, then ull have yer own budz. if i were u, id make sure itz cannabis, then go grab her garden full ov em, set up a grow area, an hope 2 god there female.

Well, it's about 14inches, sorry for misjudgement, the leaves have a purple tip to them, there are loads of tiny buds on them and I am SURE it is pot.
