Plant Information!

Need some help!
Working at a garden centre has been proved to be not so dull after all when I encountered a 70 something old woman asking me what this annoying weed was, that was taking over her garden, showing me a droopy 7inch plant in a carrier bag...After smelling it and looking at it, it is obvious what it is...and she was asking me for a good weed killer that would destroy these plants that are taking over her garden, so she gave me the plant to dispose of which of course I didn't do...so now I am sitting here with the first Cannabis plant in a wet polythene bag wondering if it is dead, half-dead or alive and just faking it...quick description:
7Inches, Bushy towards the top, crystals coating most of the leaves, crystal coated buds (About 15) which are only small.
What should I do with it, I would like it to become healthy again but I don't know if it is too late, if not should I dry it and smoke it, I would like to wait until seeds come because it seems like a good plant to grow if it's taken over a woman's garden, just help me out and tell me what you experts would do in a case like this....

leave the budds to cure.. if you try replanting the plant it may work.. but it is a high chance of dieing..

The buds are tiny though even, though there's quite a few of them, would they be ok to smoke yet?
I know to cure the plant all I have to do is put it in a jam jar or something similar and wait for about 10 days until it's all dried up...what should I do with the leaves which also have crystals on them?
