I have probably seen more horror movies than anyone else alive.
I love em !
From early stuff like Nosferatu, Frankenstein ,The Blob and the original Invasion of the Bodysnatchers, to the modern (often remakes of superior movies) horror of Saw, Hostel and of course the Silent Hill and Resident Evil spinoffs.
Some of my faves are the "bad" movies such as Braindead and Driller Killer.
All horror is to me is entertainment, with a large dose of dark humour preferably.
Ones to watch out for if you haven't seen them are :

Bad Taste
Any Toxic Avenger and most Troma movies (only if you are strange )
Evil Dead of course
Re-Animator ,, class movie


PS Aliens is a creature feature and therefore should fall under the catagory horror and it's only claim to sci-fi status is it's location.

Most scary movies suck, they just rely on blood and gore. However, one movie has succeeded in giving me nightmares. Fire in the Sky. Its based on a true story of alien abduction. I was around 12-13 when it came out, saw it once and never again . If I watched it now, I'd probably be fine, but back then that was terrifying. I don't know, I just guess aliens are scarier than monsters because they could be real.

If you want to watch a crazy movie stoned, try watching Natural Born Killers. It totally trips with your mind and is one of the greatest in my book.

Oliver Stone really knows how to make a trippy movie, but add to the fact that Quentin Tarantino wrote the movie while Trent Reznor from NIN collaborated the soundtrack you are in for a real treat!

i never watch scary movies stoned, its like listenin to heavy metal stoned, just not good to chill too.

I do like trippy/weird movies when I'm stoned, though.

I'm mostly into comedy's because I have always loved making people happy, but I can watch a scary movie now and then, because I too love scaring people.
