O canada, I want to go chill up there for a while and see how different the atmosphere is. it seems like in the US, (not everywhere but in general) you cant do that. some one will call the cops and they will give a shit about something so harmless.

There's a park next to the parliament buildings downtown (Ottawa, Ontario), very sunny, with an awesome view, across the street from the U.S. embassy ironically, because that's where everyone goes to chill and smoke weed downtown. Usually all you'll see are people smoking joints in their own little groups in the sun on the grass. My brother and I headed out there today.
