Dude just lie to the pigs and turn some random person in, who most likely doesn't sell pot. Then they'll watch him for a bit, and you know... it might hold up in court if you say you thought the person was selling pot..

fuck the cop. just lie to the police since they couldn't prove anything. it's not like its a crime to have crumbs of pot and furthermore i think he's just making a big deal of it so you will rat someone out. know your rights.
