Honestly, you don't have to consent to search. I don't care what anyone read. If a cops ASKS for your permission, he is doing it for a reason. If it were true that he could automaticaly search you, he would have done it without asking your permission.

Now that you are in this situation, I can only tell you what I would have done.

I would have came back to the cop in two weeks, and told him "Fuckyou McSwiggens" sold me the weed, do your worst.

This sounds like the type of cop that does not deserve respect. I always say respect the cops until the show that they don't deserve it. If he was going to take action against you, he should have done it right there. How would he explain to his superiors that he busted some highschool punk with a few bits of weed, but didn't do anything right there?

Let them do their worst I say, it's only a few pieces of weed, snitching will bring you a world of trouble, trust me.

To avoid getting caught at school, don't have anything on you at school.
If you're gonna get high, smoke before you go to school, or go home and do your smoking during lunch.
Just don't have shit on you at school.

ok so it was the first day of school, and i was skipping 3rd period for a cig in the parking lot when the school pig rolls up on his bike. he asked to search me and i say yes (not that i had a choice anyway)thinking i had nothing on me, but had an bag with some crumbs in it from the night before. he said he wouldnt turn me in if i gave him some names of someone selling at the school, i said i knew noone.anyway he told me i had two weeks to give him some info ur hed turn me in.is this pig bullshitting me ur can he really bust me. keep in mind this did take place on school grounds.FUCKING PIGS!!!

Dude, why would you ditch 3rd period on the first day to smoke a dirty ciggarrette? When you step on school grounds you lose your rights. The cop has the right to search you if he pleases. Don't worry about it though because he has no evidence to bust you with and you can allways tell people about the little deal he made with you like someone earlier said. Good luck!:stoned:
