True, however, as a juvenile, you are within your rights to not give consent unless your parents are present. On the flip side, you can always say no. What are they going to do, suspend you? For what? Not consenting...OK. What's that good for, a week? I know of no one (and mind you, it's been a while since I was around a school enviornment) who has ever been suspended and/or expelled just because they requested their parents be present. Could have ended the situation and took his knocks right there. The 'pig' wouldn't have a card over him.
Big Calhoun Reviewed by Big Calhoun on . got busted at school, Help! ok so it was the first day of school, and i was skipping 3rd period for a cig in the parking lot when the school pig rolls up on his bike. he asked to search me and i say yes (not that i had a choice anyway)thinking i had nothing on me, but had an bag with some crumbs in it from the night before. he said he wouldnt turn me in if i gave him some names of someone selling at the school, i said i knew noone.anyway he told me i had two weeks to give him some info ur hed turn me in.is this pig Rating: 5
