Seems a school district in Alaska suspended a student for holding up a banner reading BONG HITS 4 JESUS at an Olympic torch relay - an event not sponsored or supervised in any way by the school. The student was performing a totally legal act, expressing his right to free speech on his own time. And he got suspended. As they should have, the student's family sued the school district and won. An appeals court sided with Rating: 5
