LOL, that's so wrong. Depending on where it is, your friend can put some liquid laundry detergent on it and that will cover the smell (and add a fresh, spring rain one). If it's in a visible part of the car, he'll need to later scrub it with a brush and water to get up the soap and the smell should be pretty much gone. If he lets it sit too long, the laundry soap will stain.

We spill bong water all the time, I don't get pissed about it, just clean it up as quick as possible. That shit smells worse then anything.
