Do you continue giving small amount of Nitrogen after flowering?

I personally mix a little fish emulsion into my soil and there will always be just enough for the plant's roots to find as they grow to take it through flower without yellowing too too much,.

What ratio do you mix the fish emulsion with the soil? i use the fish emulsion just as a water based fertilizer
