Nicotine in cigs increases by 10 to 20 percent
I think nicotine is a natural chemical found in the tobacco leaf. They add all the other junk for flavour and such, but then again, I mayeb wrong.

Yes, nicotine is naturaly in the tobacco plant, and is found in extremaly low amounts in tomatoes and potatoes as well.
So is the THC in weed higher because nature just made the THC in marijuana sudenly increase for some strange reason, or is it an unnatural occurance?

When it comes to the gum, they probably do a nicotine extract, kind of like cannabis.

As to nicotine and tobacco,I read years ago, that during the manufacturing process, they REMOVE all the nicotine. And then later it is added back in precise doses per cigarette to make certain you ingest enough to get you hooked nice and solid.
They could have sold nicotine-free cigs years ago, but it wouldn't have been addictive.

i dont smoke tobacco or live in the usa, but this seemed like a wierd thing to say in that article - "Nicotine in Kool, a popular menthol brand, rose 20 percent. More than two-thirds of black smokers use menthol brands."

And where is the DEA when the tobacco manufactures have increased nicotine and added ordinary refined sugar to the manufacturing process to change the molecular structure of the nicotine to form a free-base substance as strong as heroin, crack cocaine and meth.
You never hear a word about it.
Money talks in Washington D.C. and they turn there heads the other way.
