Nute burn on a 10 day old?

Here's 2 pics of my plants, there's substantial yellowing on some of the leaves.
They are growing in compost designed for tomatos.
They are off a 400w HPS lamp, watered every 2/3 days depending on how dry the soil is, no nutes are being added to the water, they are on 18/6.

I don't really want to flush the plants but if thats the best course of action I will do.

Any ideas guys? Heres some images of the two worst affected plants so far. Cheers guys:thumbsup:

looks like it could be nute burn. Probably some fertalizer in the compost. If it gets worse...flush it until the water coming out is clear and repot with more of a regular or organic soil mix and applyu water again over new soil under it comes out of the bottom. The plant will droop a lot after so don't worry. I will come back and feel much better. You wont have to water again for a couple or few days...
Maybe someone else can give some advice as well, but that's what I would do...
I actually have never grown cannabis, and since it is still stupidly illegal, I would NEVER EVER think of doing such a thing. All that I post here is complete fiction that I pulled out of my ass. Thank you and have a wonderful day.

Nute burn on a 10 day old?

Sorry to drag up older posts but I'm having a similar issue here. I was under the impression that the yellowing of the lower leaves means that the plant is wanting for some nitrogen, in which case, you start feeding them some N-rich nutes. The leaves are yellowing because the plant is using them to fuel further growth. Is that wrong/right? Any help?

yellowing of the lower leaves is usually a sign of nitrogen deficiency, while burnt leaf tips indicate 'burning' from over-fertilizing ... whatever source you are using for nitrogen, dilute it to half-strength, and spray it on both sides of the leaves (foliar feeding) for a couple of days, and watch to see if it helps ... don't be afraid to flush the plant when you suspect over-fertilization, flushing won't hurt the plant ... :smokin:

while yellow leaves could be caused by alot of things if the problem starts with the older leaves and works its way up the plant it is usually nitrogen deficiency wouldnt worry to much about the very bottom leaves but if it continues to spread would probably feed them usually if you have decent hid lighting and grow room the plants will be able to handle full strength nutes by the time they are 3-4 weeks old while you should start them out at reduced strength just to see how they react.
