You don't know that. You just likely don't have bacteria in a deep well, but depending upon the substrate into which it was drilled, you could have something else. So when the well was first drilled they should have tested it for arsenic especially, which can be a problem in wells. Shit, half of India and Bangladesh has arsenic in their drinking supply. It's really dangerous.

It just has DIFFERENT chemicals, sulfur is the problem at my parents' house, iron was a problem at my old place.

But well water is probably perfect for your babies. Keep an eye on pH, and hardness esp if you're doing 'dro.

We think because the people who dug the well put the pump too close to the bottom and its sucking up dirt. The well is about 350 ft deep so I know it not tainted water but I just dont like to drink dirt. Now to the question should I buy spring water to water my plants with or should my well water be fine since it doesnt have chemicals in it like tap water. Rating: 5
