It was deleted because I felt it was just gonna lead to nothing but nastiness. Salsa I did not do it to piss you off I simply was trying to avoid a thread that was going to have to be watched and monitored the whole time.
I appreciate your understanding with this......

Any thread can lead to nastiness. Doesn't make sense to delete that one. May as well delete this one too because it is the same thing, minus the link.

The difference is, going over there and starting shit isn't going to make us look any better. There's no point in either side fighting, we both believe strongly and it would be naive to think that we could change their outlook, just like it would be naive to think that they could change ours. Does that mean we shouldn't try? Not like this.
This isn't the first time this has happened. It happened maybe 6 months ago, and it ended badly. Some of the members from this board made us look like little kids, and that's not what we want as a community.
I'm not saying that iancurtis (if it wasn't you, sorry man, bad memory) was wrong for starting a thread over there. It wasn't actually a bad idea, because it was presented in a clean manner, and I'm sure he understands there's no point in fighting a losing battle. It's just that if we started going over there, they'll start coming here, and that would be about as lame as white bread with a glass of water on the side for dippin'.

Ever know anyone who walked into a police station, voluntarily and unsolicited (bailing out someone), with weed in their pocket, only to get busted when the cop at the reception desk said "Hmm you smell like weed. Go ahead and empty your pockets for me... yep that's weed allright, well it's convenient you're already here... take him away, boys."
Then his friend is sitting there in the cell, happy, almost singing to himself inside his head knowing he's about to be free thanks to his buddy: "yeah baybe, jason gonna bail me out, gonna bail me out and he got weed, we gonna leave this jail and smoke a fattie whoo hooo WTF dude why is jason coming back here wearing county orange too? Ahh dude wtf dude you got busted bailing me out? Ah that sucks man... did you bring anything?"
