For your information I've already made 'friends' here. And I guess its not if you want to be friends with a moderator, which if they're like you are I don't want to be 'friends' with them. The reason I like the no karma points policy is that newbies will be more comfortable knowing that everyone here is equally valued in the eyes of the site at large.
I feel strongly that sites with the karma points are really uncomfortable to join at first because you've got such a big hill to climb to not be a little useless underling with no respect.
That is actually why I'm most active on this site of any I've ever joined.

StinkyAttic, you do have a point, but just because you don't have 'karma' at first, all you have to do is post accurate information and help members out, post photos of your amazing grows, be involved in the site and you will earn respect, and possibly 'karma'. But I understand your position.
