I'd recommend not taking the 40 million dollar figure too seriously. The authorities always overestimate the value of whatever they seize. Years ago, a host on a then-hip NYC radio station, WBAI (Pacifica), remarked that the police calculate the value of confiscated pot "by the toke". :dance:
