I had corn on the cob last night. What makes corn even tastier is, leaving it the husk fully and tossing it on the BBQ, med. heat. They cook in their own juices while in the husk, and it is so, damn good!

I'm havingtoast and homemade rasberry jam that my neighbor gave me. I can say I am loving it right now.

Take one corn on the cob ( a fresh one, none of that frozen crap ), Put in pan of hot water and bring to the boil. Simmer until cooked, glaze with honey, squeeze one lime over cob(lemon works just aswell). Grate one chilli over cob, microwave for just over a minute and munch!! Damn this is so good!! Give it a whirl it couldnt be simpler and only took around ten mins to do:thumbsup: Peace Buddy Rating: 5
