This may be the most historic cannabis reform year for the US in history. Voters in both Colorado and Nevada will get to vote on statewide legalization, and in California Arnold is expected to sign the hemp growing bill into law. The Nevada legalization bill and the Cali hemp bill go totally against the DEA. Nevada, if the bill passes, will be growing and distributing drug cannabis, and in Cali the goverment won't require hemp farmers to follow DEA rules. I really wonder what the DEA is going to do about these measures, if anything, if they pass, and what court cases will be based on these measures. But regardless, if they do pass, the way America percieves and uses Cannabis sativa will be forever changed. And only a couple more months before the measures are voted on :thumbsup:
