Whats up guys? Ive beenn watching this site for about a month now and its def. the place i wanna be. Ive just started my first grow about 2 weeks ago and all seems to be going well. Yet there are some things bothering me that i think u guys could help me with.

First things first im working with a closet grow its 2 chambers one for vegging and one for flowering. Im using CFL's and the lighting set it is like this 6 x 23 watt cool light for the veg and 6-8 x 42w warm light for flowering(cant make my mind up) I have 2 oscliating fans at all times running in there and a gheto vent build up leading to my attic. The wall are completly covered in mylar and i have the lights set up on timers. Im using MG oragnic soil pre ferted (regretting that choice as my research go on) i bought some schultz plant nutes at 10-15-10 and some epson salt.

I have 3 seedlings each one under 2 weeks old(each one a day older then the other)and i was wondering when i should set them up in flowering. im thinking another 3 weeks (not sure tho). I also come across a plant that was being grown outside it belonged to a friend of mine. She basically just planted the seeds to mess around and ended up with 3 plants. The 3 plants were in the same pot but 2 of the 3 turned out male so i chopped them down at the stem right over the soil. Didnt know what else to do(they were in the same pot) The plant was in terrible shape she actually totally forgot about it. Well long story short i ended up with the plant im forcing it back into vegging and i was wondering if thats was a bad move or what ? I also would like to know what i could do to help it perk up its so droopy. I foiled it for the first time today with epson salt i read it could be a magnesium defect? i dunno.

This is my VERY first grow and ALL suggestions and even critics are appreciated GREATLY!!! Thank you guys for the time and here are some pics!
