I like cooking. I'll make a nice meal for myself. As long as you stick to lean foods and eat vegetables, you'd be surprised what good food you can make.

If you don't like cooking, go for air-pop popcorn. You can add a little bit of salt and butter if you need it, but you could it that popcorn all day and you wouldn't gain a pound. You also would probably be in the hospital for some malnutrition, but you know what I mean.
