OK. I switched to water (instead of Gatorade/Kool-aid), fruit (instead of cookies), popcorn (instead of chips), and I try to JUST eat, and concentrate on the taste of the food, because if I sit down and watch TV, I eat like a robot. But if I sit at the table to eat, it starts to not taste good after a few bites, and then I can stop at an appropriate point.

As for the pizza thing... there is just no getting around it. Order a small.
