question about pipes

How exactly do you "pack a bowl". Do you have to break the weed into LITTLE pieces like you do for joints? or just break them but not so little? im thinking not breaking it into very little pieces because when you inhale from pipe, some crumbs of weed will go to you throat.

I always break it up into tiny pieces. but not as tiny as grinded shit if thats what you mean. and if your worried about getting pieces into your throat which does suck...just use a screen to put into your bowl and pack ontop of that. problem solved.

I havent smoked in 3 days so my tolerence is down to nothin. I went from smoking a couple bowlpacks out of a bong to 3-4 hits from half a bowlpack. So im gonna go chill and watch a movie and eat before i fail my final tm lol:rasta: j/p...I hope I pass

We call those scooby snacks where I'm from dude . I usually just grab a bud about one and a half times the size of my bowl and just jam that little guy in there nice and tight. It works great with heads and shit, otherwise you gotta break it up man.

with heads? also why dont you break it up , seems silly to me to leave the stems and seeds in there not to mention it wont burn as well

Pack a really dense base nug and put some shake on top. Or, if you don't have a grinder, just pick off little pieces and use that.

I usually break off a good sized piece that definitely won't get sucked through the hole, put that on bottom, then I will put some smaller pieces on that. Basically you just tear it up so it fits in the bowl, nothing to know about it, just use judgment.

i only buy dank, so there arent any seeds in it except for the rare little fuckers that ruin my day. and i basically take a nug and pack it into the bowl, thats if its the perfect size, other than that i break up a nug into 3 pieces and put them in.

usually if your pieces is nice and resonated you shouldnt have a problem with ash in your mouth. i just cleaned mine out so im shit outta luck... gotta smoke a bit more to get it back up to the point where it gets trapped inside.

you can get some nice reson hits off a pieces like that too if your desparate.
