    i thought my brother was looking in my window while i was smoking last nite.. scared the crap out of me it was great... i think you need to be in the right state of mind to realy enjoy smoking weed.. think about enjoying yourself and getting high.. oh well thats my take on it.. btw yeah you can hallucinate ie .. my brother lives in another state.. wtf!!

    shoi is dead on here. While some of these guys are on the right track, smoking marijuana can have adverse effects on your health. Marijuana can build up toxicity levels in your body that sometimes take weeks to go away. A heavy smoker is considered someone who smokes daily, usually about a 1/4 oz a day or the equivelent to about 4 good sized joints a day. At this rate the first physical signs are the feeling of being "tired" or foggy upon waking the next day after heavy smoking. Another symptom is your capacity to inhale to your lungs' full capacity. A way to test yourself is to lay on your back and take the deepest breath you can. You have excellent respiratory capacity if your lower abdomen (gut area) also rises slowly towards the end of your inhale.

    Marijuana usually takes about two weeks to get out of your system enough to where you can think and make quick decisions or recall facts from short term memory. All heavy smokers build up a tolerence to marijuana that renders even potent weed to be unsatisfactory.

    Your best bet if you want to stay somewhat healthy and also smoke heavily would be to take part in physical exercise in the area of cardio conditioning. The easiest and best way to go about this would be to ride a bike for a half hour every other day or something similar. This is what I do and I can still go to school and function in the real world.
