Iasscarra, you need to transplant to bigger pots. There is no need to support the main stem as this should grow quite strong on it's own, though it helps to have some air flow from an oscillating fan as the constant to-ing and frow-ing help the stems to grow big and strong. The yellowing on the lower leafs is likely nitrogen deficiency, are you feeding them? anyhow it's nowt to worry about as it's very slight and overall they're looking good.
