For a while, I've believed that "trying to be friends" is better than "trying to be the boss". I've stood by this belief for quite a few months now. However, I seem to be getting walked on by the people who are "trying to be the boss". Despite the fact that I remain calm and friendly in person, in my head I scream and pull out a knife.
