My reference to the Republic of Dagestan, a Russian canton, is the reference to the eagle. Many countries use the eagle as symbolism for Bravery.

Mexico, Spain, Poland, Austria, Czech Republic, Romania, The Roman Empire, Germany, the US, Italy.

The eagle is a common figure used by many countries. Whether the symbolism is facism to you is your choice to believe. The evidence is overwhelming that it's not coincidence, but a common symbol for many countries.

It is the actual 33rd degree Masonic certificate of Aleister Crowley. Notice though on the top...you will see the the fascist Eagle with wings spread out (typical of fascist nations) and the Masonic triangle in the background.
