    Racing thoughts

Anyone else get these occasionally when you're high?

I get them sometimes, but not all the times. At first it used to freak me out and I used to kind of panic but would calm myself down and just sort of say to myself "just hold on tight and enjoy the ride!" because that's exactly what it felt like, just one big rollercoaster of thoughts racing through my head.

Now, I love it when I get racing thoughts, I look forward to them. I usually get them with my bowl before bed. It's like I'll be thinking of one thing and then something COMPLETELY different a second later. It's a pretty cool experience. Sort of like exploring my mind and finding all these thoughts!

You guys know what I'm sayin?

I'm a quiet guy who thinks a lot and weed just makes thinking that much better.
    I love the rollercoaster thoughts!
It's pretty much my favorite thing I look foward to when I get high.
I'm the kinda guy who can enjoy my own company. I'll laugh out of nowhere at myself when I thought something funny cause Im always having a conversation with myself.
I sorta hate how you pretty much completely forget what you thought about because you're already in the very next subject of your thoughts lol!

The only time I seem to notice my thoughts really "race" is when I'm completely sober and try to fall asleep at night. My mind just wanders off on its own, and I'll lay in bed for hours, tossing and turning, because my mind is still thinking about anything and everything. I guess my head's like that anytime I'm not stoned, and really, getting high just relaxes me so much it's almost like meditation. I just zone out. My thoughts fade away as I get lost in the music.

Seriously, it gets really annoying when I'm high and tired, then I try to go to bed, and as I'm coming down and about to drift off, my army of thoughts creeps back into my brain to make sure I don't sleep.

And that's interesting someone mentioned that they have ADD, and seem to exhibit a lot of the characteristics I do. I, however, don't have ADD, and never had it as a child. So unless I developed it since then, I dunno. Lol, it's weird. ~

Weed helps me concentrate a lot, so I try to smoke a bowl before driving

haha yeah that happens to me. like all of these deeply complex thoughts just come and go really fast. but it sucks because alot of the time when i realize something big my mind moves on to the next thought before i can fully explain it
