I have a feeling I'm just gonna make something. I'll get a solid glass rod and cut it to length, then work it into a lid and container, with a clear o-ring for a seal, and a spoon attached.

Have you ever seen cruel intentions? You know the crucifix that the one girl wears? The cross somes apart to expose a mini spoon and container for a powdery substance.
