Seeds legal

Seeds are legal in the U.S.? Does anyone have documents or anything stating this because last I heard they were illegal . Or maybe that was the sprouted seed being considered a full grown plant, I dunno but I never heard of seeds being legal in the U.S.

They aren't legal, and if they find them you'll get a letter from a customs guy or whatever explaining they were confiscated.

I believe its not cannabis that's illegal but THC and some other chemicals...seeds don't contain any THC nor does hemp which is grown for commercial purposes

Seeds are illegal in the US, just to clarify, and yes, illegal in oregon too. Its not the THC thats illegal, but the species

ha ha im i n the uk and you can quit openly sell and posses seeds as long as they arnt germinated as soon as that happens theyre classed as one marijuana plant
generally if you got caught with 1 plant you would jus get a slap on the wrist/ caution at the most
i was caught with 10 and got a £60 fine for the destruction of the plants
that was a few years back now since then cannabis in the uk was downgraded from class B to class C so you wont really get shit if you get caught over here unless your runnin a farm or sumthin
