Could i use this as a bong

if anyone knows what a nebulizer machine is could you use that as a bong and just put the weed in the bottom of the handle,light it,and turn it on???

ok ill put some pics up in a minute but a nebulizer is a machine that transfers oxygen through a liquid and makes smoke that helps people with asthma or bronkitus,and i was wondering if you could put the weed in the place you put the liquid and light it then turn the oxygen on and transfer the smoke to larger quantities of smoke and use it as a bong
