Working out is it worth it?
I think I get enough exercise everyday walking up and down stairs.
I live on the fourth floor, my good buddy lives on the seventh, and my other good buddy lives on the fourth in the building over.
Plus, I always walk to work and I rarely take taxis or the bus.
But I don't think working out will help you get the ladies. Only the shallow ones. :smokin:
But sometimes that's what you need...hmmmm. :glugglug:

That's true. Out here I almost never see a fat person. And I think in a year and half I could count the number of morbidly obese people on one hand.

I think alot of it has to do with the American diet. The food here is so much more healthy, and they really don't eat alot of meat like us. Small portions. :stoned:

Wow, that sounds like a warm place to work. I can't stand working in the heat man.

That's why I moved to a freezer job so I'd have some more energy and not get so grumpy.
On the weekends or my time off I usually spend an entire morning or afternoon bking all over the place. I usually do anywhere from 20-35km on my days off.
You feel better too when you're in better shape. You don't get as tired, you don't sleep as much, well I don't anyways. There was a point where I was 285lbs, and I slept 11hrs a night and was awake for only 13hrs or so out the day. I was very tired and unmotivated, and unhappy too.
Now I sleep maybe 8hrs a night and live a more active lifestyle.

Working out can be as simple as walking. I lost about 50 lbs just by walking along a ocean trail that was 4 miles. Did it everyday, twice on the weekends. Double chin melted, I could see what muscles I had left, and eventually built up the strength to jog the entire trail...in the sand!
You don't have to go to a gym everyday...park further out in a parking lot, walk around a mall just for fun, use the stairs instead of an elevator. Simple things like that will help keep your body in some shape without over exerting.
