Brand new grower here, Can anyone help, Much appreciated

Hi, im germinating 6 seeds here now, and i have all the space i want in my attic i just want to know the best lights and the best soil and the best way of growing if anyone can help me out,
I have a meter long fluorescent light(36watt cool white), are they any good?
and a dehumidifier, temperature humidifier clock, a small fan.
If anyone can help me out thank you it will be much appreciated, hope to here from you soon,

It's probably best to start the seedling under some compact full-spectrum fluorescents, and you can just keep growing them under the CFLs for the whole time.

yeah those are not bad bulbs, you just dont have enough.... you could use cfl's or tubes, i have 6- 48inch flouro tubes (about 19000 lumens)

you need 2000 lumens per sq.ft.

use 42w cfl's if youre wanting a good cheap grow, use those

otherwise get a HPS (high pressure sodium)
