Th3 sand m4n Reviewed by Th3 sand m4n on 09-16-2006. Update on my grow. Well, I'm still having issues with that odd wilting thing ... though it seems to be healthy anyway. I cut down my watering quite a bit, and stabilized my lighting schedule. It seems to be working, there's new growth and everything. I think it's a pretty little one. I do hope for a little girl, but even a boy I'd be happy with. Just because I've finally succeeded in getting past a seedling. Rating: 5

I'm LSTing because there isn't much room, and it's much better for the plant than topping it. Which I haven't done, by the way. I haven't cut it at all.

Here's a new picture I took last night. The thing is a bushy little beast ... short and squatty, and the main stem is horribly thick.

By the way, changes since the last time I posted - I have a consistant light schedule, I water less often, and I've transplanted into a bigger pot, with a soiless grow mix I got from a friend of mine who runs a ... place.

Well, UPS...looks like you're strugglin' a little there. Good luck with the LSTing. Plant still looks a little wilty. But less than before. Hope that soilless mixture works good for you. Keep up posted. How many plants do you have? Just the one?

Just the one for now ... really it's just for practice in the act of growing. I'm okay with no harvest if it turns up male. Oh, and it's really not wilting ... the leaves are down a bit during that picture because I had just watered it, and it does that after I water. Perks right back up a few hours later. Also, you can't really see it, but the whole plant is growing in a zigzag.

Well, it's very much male. Though it looks like, had it been female, I would have actually had a hefty harvest! Haha

Bummer UPS, sorry for your bad luck. Question: when you say you cut back on watering - what was your watering schedule and what did you cut it back to? I'm still trying to sort out my watering for my week old seedlings.

I was watering every two days, and I switched to only watering when they were relatively dry. It ended up being four days for mine.
