    Wow, what medical textbook did you get that one from? Apparently one written by doctors who hadn't heard of the appendix or the tonsils, didn't know how to spell "gallbladder" and couldn't tell the difference between the spine and the spleen.

    How much could a kidney go for?

    the organ you are talking about is the appendix. it doesnt really serve a purpose right now, but some scientists believe that it was used to break down raw meat, like in the stone age when humans didnt really cook their foods

    The pancreas produces insulin so that your glucose levels don't get too high and you go into some sort of terrible diabetic coma.

    If you're thinking about selling your pancreas let me know, it's my belief that one can never have to many pancreas'
