If you just keep having random people over to the house day after day, even a barnyard animal would catch on to what you're doing. First off, if I were you, I would never sell NEAR my house, just out of paranoia and getting busted.

Go somewhere AWAY from your house and sell. Or think of great little reasons to quickly go outside and do the damn thing, if you must. Like you're going to get a book out of your car, get the mail/newspaper, give so-and-so their cd back, and so on. Lol, that's what I used to tell my mom, but there's TONS of options. Open your mind and start exploring them all.
