good for you m8 never let a fuck up discourage you,and you can get quite cheap ballasts off ebay,i no some people dont like orderin from ebay but ive never had a problem myself

60-80 bucks invested into flourescents will be enough to buy several banks of flouro's and light tubes...more than enough to get ya started. plant seeds outdoors next spring and grow for free! money is not a barrier...
