    I see 2 things going on there simultaneously, which leads me to suspect your soil pH is the culprit. You have burned tips indicating nutrient burn, and pale patches interveinally, indicating Mg deficiency or lockout caused by poor pH.
    So flush with pure water, check your runoff, and fix.
